Hidden in its corner of the world, distant from the activities of the East Coast, Perth is a gem that many struggle to control. Its location and design, a merger of urban and rural. Remote, isolated, distant from the activities of the East, Perth is a Gem of Iron, Gold, Nickel and Coal.

The Spirit Cartel formed around midyear 2019, where Bro-Dee and Marcus had effectively packed for some time prior as the Wandering Pack. Izzy moved to Australia and Harry returned from work at sea, the two were inducted and the Wandering Pack became the Spirit Cartel. This pack is largely made of nomadic lone wolves and blooded with a range of skills that usually lend to information gathering through various means.
