Lieutenant Severan is currently on secondment to the Illubrian Planetary Defense Force in an advisorial and training capacity.

++ History ++

Severan, being a proud Imperial citizen, was an eager volunteer for the Thaurian First Drop Corps - a small but storied regiment known for almost suicidally hot landings and killing as many people on the dive down as they do on the ground.

After his induction, The First were assigned to assist in a campaign against a rebel uprising on a backwater world in the Gothic Sector. Most of Severan's platoon was wiped out when their Valkyrie took a direct hit, and during the subsequent scramble to get the platoon out of the free-falling fireball Severan wound up wearing his lieutnant's helmet and comms - accidentally making him the defacto platoon leader. It took long enough for command to realise that their orders were not being relayed through the lieutenant that by the time the mistake had been noticed, Severan had distinguished his capabilities enough to earn him a field promotion.
