Silver Tower Act

1. The Silver Tower is the official meeting place of the Concilium

2. The Silver Tower areas are defined by the following Magical Mark

3. All members of the Concilium in good standing are considered guests of the Silver Tower

4. All Guests of the Silver tower are allowed into the designated Silver Towers areas (except for the council meeting room when a council is being held, and the Paragons Study).

5. All Guests of the Silver Tower are given the Right of defence

6. The Pax Signifer may temporarily declare a Guest of the Silver Tower to not be in good standing (Bad Standing), this must be ratified by the council in order to be permanent otherwise it expires in 31 days after the declaration.

7. The Right of Defence is define as thus

a) You may only cast magic in defence, if your existence is in peril

b) The magic you cast in your defence can not target anything except magic causing the threat or yourself

c) The magic you cast in your defence can not harm any person or creature given hospitality of the Silver Tower

d) The magic cast can only be in defence of yourself

8. No magic will be done within the Concilium Silver Tower area’s except for the below four exceptions. Releasing hung spells, activating magical items, or castings spell upon individuals (while not in the vicinity) whom are in the Silver Tower or surrounding infrastructure are considered doing magic for the use of this rule.

a) The Right of defence (as per the rules of the Right of Defence)

b) The Ritual Room, where magic can be cast only within the Ritual Room, or outside the of the Silver Tower (and formal duels happen), exception is completing the duties of the Masters Rule.

c) The Gate room which can only be used to transportation in and out of the tower (via spacial magic’s and crossing realms)

d) The Pax Signifer in enforcing his duties enforcing the internal peace that has been broken in the Silver Tower, or the Sentential went dealing with external threats to the Concilium that are attacking the Silver Tower

9. All Violence is prohibited within the designated areas of the Concilium Silver Towers area, to cause harm to an individual in this area is to strike the Concilium

10. Members of the Concilium in good standing are allowed to extend hospitality to the other people and creatures. Actions done by those whom the hospitality has been given to are considered acts of the member whom gave that hospitality. Pax Signifer must be consulted before Tarata, Cryptid and other outsiders to the awaken society can be invited in.

11. The Pax Signifer or his nominated representative (Referred to as Keeper of the Tower, who must willingly accept the position) must uphold a manse within the Silver Tower.

12. Masters Rule is definite as the following

a) Each Master will spend 1 day every three months ensure the Silver Tower is warded/protected against threats regarding their masteries, otherwise they are considered in Bad Standing.

b) A master who completes his duties is considered a Paragon (only if not considered to be of Bad Standing) of the Silver Tower and allowed entrance into the Paragons Study.

c) Paragons are given priority to access the Silver Towers facilities.

13. In times of war the Field Commander commands over the Silver Towers designated areas.

14. Destruction of property minor or major of the Silver Tower and its surrounding infrastructure is a sin against the Concilium, weather directly or indirectly caused (e.g. you attacked a spirit from the ritual room which came to the Silver Tower and destroyed property). The council will determine the appropriate Kyu within 31 days otherwise it falls into the position of Pax Signifer.

15. The Area of the Silver Tower and its infrastructure considers all realms which overlap this space, including but not exclusively, spirit, twilight.

16. Any Member whom attempts to stop a member of good standing from entering the Silver Tower is considered to be in Bad Standing automatically.

17. If there is a disagreement between whom has authority between the Pax Signifer and the Sentinel, the Sentinel is considered to have authority until it’s confirmed by the Council.
