Appearance
It is hard to tell which gender Skylar actually is, they wear suits, all the time and a pair of gloves to match. They have short, wavy blonde hair and grey eyes
Personality
Withdrawn and rarely shows much emotion. Usually talks with a very even tone.

Timeline
- 1984 – Born to Edward and Joyce Cunningham. The second of two children.
- 1990 -
- 2004 – Skylar is taken in the middle of the night from the apartment they shared with their sister. Over the course of a few weeks Skylar is brought into the Delta Protocol.
- 2004 - Skylar is returned to their apartment like nothing has happened. It is noted that their skills in computing have increased a fair amount, and they are a little more withdrawn.
- 2009 – Skylar is taken once again in the middle of the night, and is gone for several weeks.
- 2009 – Skylar is then returned to the apartment in the same manner as the first time they were taken. Their skills in larceny having gotten significantly better.
- 2014 – Skylar is taken for the third time. Middle of the night, no trace, for several weeks.
