Wisdom • - Speaker of Clarity's first change came under the crescent moon. Mother Luna's face was mostly hidden that night, but she looked in to the dark, without immersing herself completely in it. A spirit called "Paralysed in sleep" invaded Speaker of Clarity's dreams, having sport with him as he neared the change. It chased him through the forests of his nightmare, into a clearing, where it was torturing an image of his mother. The spirit had taken the form of a massive thorned creeper vine, forming up the leaves and stems in to a leering face high above the scene. Thin pale trees erupted from the clearing floor trapping him in a natural cage, and made him watch as it tore screams from his mother, by gouging her flesh. The young man scrabbled at the bars of the dream cage, and screamed himself hoarse calling for help. Ruining his fingers as he clawed and pounded at his prison.

His calls for help were answered, as a great shaggy wolf tore from the undergrowth and lunged at the spirit holding his mother. Paralysed in sleep screamed in anger as the dream evaporated. Upon waking, Speaker of Clarity found himself bathed in sweat, and very disoriented. As he got his bearings, he realised the wolf was sitting outside the door of his bedroom, waiting patiently in the hallway.

Wisdom •• - Speaker of Clarity gained entry in to the bone shadow tribe, and became one of the followers of Kamduis-Ur. At his initiation, he was set a task to be admitted. He was to find the identity of a great killer. A ruthless ender of lives. Completely indiscriminate, taking Forsaken, Anshega, and even Bale Hounds as prey. He was given only a riddle as a clue to hunt with.

"This thing all things devours. Birds, beasts, trees, flowers. Gnaws Iron, Bites Steel. Grinds hard stone in to meal. Slays Kings, ruins towns. And beats high mountains down."

Committing the words to memory, the young wolf paused to consider the riddle. The word "thing" being used to describe it in the first sentence gave him the lead he needed, and after a few minutes gave the answer. "Time".

Wisdom ••• - Speaker of Clarity earned his deed name during a time of feuding between packs. The defenders of the wilderness and their neighbours The dawn guard, had a falling out over territory. Many humans came to their pack territories that year, seeking to pervent the destruction of old growth forests by logging companies. Their presence and determination drew in all manner of spirits, and things were turbulent. A new locus was created in the place that they made camp, which resided right on the border line between the two packs. Both tribes claimed the new locus as being theirs to defend and use. The defenders were to a wolf, hunters in darkness, and prepared to fight the dawn guard for the sacred place. Oak-heart, the Alpha of the dawn guard was a storm lord, and had already laid claim to the locus, causing a stalemate. Speaker of Clarity was able to see the situation for what it was, both packs placed in an impossible situation, unable to back down without offending their tribal totems. A meeting was called at the locus, as the leaders of the other packs tried to head off the possibility of blood spilled between Forsaken. It was then that Speaker of Clarity spoke. He reminded them that each had packmates that were still wounded from the recent skirmishes with the local Predator Kings. That now as a poor time for an escalation between ourselves. Such was his passion for seeing peace, that those around sat in rapt attention to the young wolf.

Speaker of Clarity then offered a compromise that would allow both Alpha's to fulfill their tribal vows, and also provide a much needed asset to the local Forsaken pack. He asked them to donate the new locus as a tur. Through their generosity, they could create a place that we could all meet, and where all the wolves of the area could draw strength from it, and gain honour from it's defense. The accord was struck between the packs, and the new tur created.

Glory • - After hunting down a Magath called "Vehicular Manslaughter" that had managed to cross over in to the human world, Speaker of Clarity lead the party that was sent to bring the murderous spirit to justice. Happening upon the car/murder spirit, Speaker of Clarity strode forward to have it account for itself. Instead the spirit attempted to run him down. Speaker of Clarity was tackled from the path of the moving vehicle by Hunter of the Fallen. Speaker of Clarity then ordered the spirit's immediate discorporation. Light in the Fog dazed the car with a flash from one of her gifts. The car was flipped on it's roof by a mighty effort of strength by Spiderbane, allowing the newly changed wolf Jeff to take on his war form, and strike it with his claws. Hunter of the Fallen tore out the vehicle's transmission in his dire wolf form, and Speaker of Clarity also took his war form, and tore out the drive shaft and fuel tank. Vehicular Manslaughter was defeated soundly and returned to the earth from whence he came.

Purity • - A werewolf hunter turned up at the tur in Brimbank Park, and attempted to kill Binds the Tongue. The combined werewolf packs were able to locate the rest of the cell of hunters. Speaker of Clarity participated in an enforcement of "Nu Bath Githul". The humans had their memories removed back to the age of 5 years old. Speaker of Clarity removed all physical evidence of werewolves or other supernatural creatures that the hunters had collected or written down.
