St. Louis NPC Masterlist

Description

Mostly due to the incredible and unexpected growth of the game, we've decided to make a masterlist for all of the various NPCs and their average weekly schedules. We also figured that having it on the wiki might make you people actually use it! - David, STL VST

Allies

These are all the publicly known NPCs that more or less align themselves with the PCs and the Night Congress.

• Mages
  • Emily Bradshaw -- Usually in the hotel.
  • Pavise -- Daylights as a STL City Police Officer.
  • Schwertz -- Forest Park if it's a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday--wandering the streets of STL otherwise. At night, sits outside the Fox.
  • Old Teddy -- Keeps odd hours, per the whims of the state.
  • Mystie Everette -- Seer? Young. Weird.
• Uratha
  • Tower Grove Sentinels -- By and large, they don't have day jobs. If you wander Tower Groves, one of them will probably run into you eventually.
    • Strider -- Alpha. Best described as the "Swedish Murder Mountain."
    • Frost -- Beta. Equally large, but painfully Russian.
    • Spark -- Presumed.
    • Mark -- Presumed.
  • Clan Petrov -- See below.
• Vampires
  • Sarah -- See the above. As of June, now the sole Owner and Proprietor of Fire Reigns.
  • The brothers de Sanford -- Invictus agents and friends of Malakai, apparently.
    • Henri -- Older brother, bald, bad at English.
    • Maxime-- Younger brother, suave, sort of a Merovingian-style guy. Much better at English.
  • Decuma Suditsky-- Nos. Old. Some connection to Velika "Lee" Pogreka
• The Void
• Others
  • Boire Employees
    • Boris, the Bouncer -- Might be a bear, might just be a wolf. The primary bouncer, so he's probably outside the warehouse at night. Who knows what he does during the day, really.
    • Clan Petrov, both men and women have strong resemblance to Boris, some are bouncers, some ended up with security jobs across town.
    • Little Billy -- The youngest of three brothers working for Lee, he's the primary bartender during the public functions.
    • Stacy Oir -- Bartending assistant of Billy.
    • Sparkles -- One of the primary cooks. It's probably not his real name.
    • The Suzans - A group of dancers under contract for most nights.
      • Susan - Works Wednesday nights only.
  • Dr. Angelica Murphy -- A surgeon at Barnes Jewish. (For the record, I named her unironically. It was later pointed out that I probably let my inner cliche shine through just a bit too much. -David)
  • Joe Normal -- Talks to plants. A few people have reported the plants responding--in English.
  • Mr. Cratchett -- a leather worker. Runs an upholstery store in Kirkwood.
  • Bobby Todd -- Usually seen walking the streets of downtime STL, spouting random nonsense.
  • Sam Red -- Landfill inspector.
  • Kathy -- Elderly Baker
  • Fetch -- Human seen running random errands, and in places that suggest a knowledge of beings less than mortal.
  • DJ WhiZzard -- Stoner Wolfblooded DJ. Often spins at Boire.
  • Belyy-vne & Sons -- Cleaning and Restoration Services LLC. Specializes in discrete sanitation and clean up, seems to work at night a lot.
• City Officials
  • Mayor Pamela Winchester -- no one knows for sure what she is, other than really bloodthirsty and sharp as a tack. Street rumors have her compared to Anansi the Spider, an African trickster god

• Augustus Reigns -- The previous Prince. Is a Browns fan.
• Sofia Rossi -- The nightshift librarian at a public library. Definitely human, but seems to know way more than she aught.

• Peter Stevens -- Forensics specialist and crime scene cleaner for the STLPD
• Romulus Who Howls at the Moon -- An old, powerful Uratha. Claims to have 'led the war against the west.' Which west, though? Was part of The Senate.

Antagonists

• Firewall -- In Season 1, facilitated the summoning of an Ancient Terrible Beasty. Then, his mission done, fled to Cuba to party. Hasn't been openly seen in StL in some time.
• The A.T.B. -- Immediately after breaching our side of the universe, the ATB went to sleep, the poor baby. Please don't wake it up.
• The Senate -- was a group working towards a specific goal (aka the mess July 8th), it is currently unknown if their purpose is fullfilled, or if the remaining members are in hiding and still plotting things.
• Pankrati -- Used to work for Commodus of the Purple, is trying to take over the scions of the sons of Rome. Was part of The Senate.
• Commodus of the Purple's Guard Dog' -- May or may not be Uratha, current status unknown. Was part of The Senate.
• Cleo -- Vampire, An 8-year-old Irish girl. Is scary beyond all reason. During an interrogation session with the Voices, disappeared through a hole in space. Information that came out after incident around July 8th suggest she was at least partially, if not completely behind the mess. Rumor has it, has ties to someone super old and creepy, who may or may not have been in hole in the ground type holding facility for some time. Was part of The Senate.
• 6 as-of-yet unnamed mages, were part of The Senate.
• Cassandra - Currently recovering from spontaneous combustion, was part of The Senate.
• Mr. Crimson -- No public details have been corroborated. Assumed to have assisted in the ritual on July 8th. Not protected as a citizen under the Night Congress.

    • Henri -- Older brother, bald, bad at English.
    • Maxime-- Younger brother, suave, sort of a Merovingian-style guy. Much better at English.

Met Final Death

• • Brutus -- Killed by Lucian, which resulted in Cleo's tomb opening.
  • Commodus of the Purple -- Vampire, once leader of the Sons of Rome. After the debacle on July 8th, attempted to assassinate Caligula in pursuance to total control over the criminal underworld of St. Louis. Caligula removed his head.
  • Malakai -- Vampire, cause of Final Death unknown.
  • Wotcher -- Mage, Worked as a Volunteer Firemen, Gruesomely killed by Remus Bradshaw.
  • Remus Bradshaw -- Mage, insane, Emily Bradshaw's grandfather. Was part of The Senate. Killed after an altercation near the Hotel Saint Jude.
