It is assumed that this is a title that goes along with the position in Mildura and it has been this way ever since the position of Winter monarch became the necessary executioner. No one bar the winter courtiers know the actual identity of The Nameless King and some individuals are even more secretive and there have been several times where only the Kings chosen successor knows their true identity.
Appearance
In public the winter Monarch wears a white hooded robe with an articulated black facemask.
