Viktor Kristoph
Personal Information
Viktor was born during the height of the Great Patriotic War in the war torn city of Stalingrad. He lost his parents soon after and came under the care of the state. When he was old enough he enlisted in the armed forces and was assigned to the Soviet Air forces. He served for 12 years and left the service after attaining the rank of Major, after which he returned to the city of his birth and opened a tailor shop to follow in his dead Father's path. After the collapse of the Union Viktor left the motherland in search of better pastures. He served for a time in multiple Russian embassies around the world as a gardener, never staying in any one city too long.
He became annoyed with his roaming life style and moved to Brisbane, Australia. He had heard rumors that some acquaintances of his were in the area. He settled in Indooroopily and opened a new Tailor shop. There he ingratiated himself with the local court however he started to accumulate power quickly and was torn down by those he trusted. He withdrew from Court life for a year, contemplating his purpose.
He resurfaced almost a year after going to ground. Moved his shop to the Lytton area and became Sheriff during Vilrec's Praxis. He has since proved himself a valuable and pro-active servant to the city
Viktor is known to care about the lives of those around him, it's this reputation that has helped to increase his status within the city.
Appearance
Viktor is an athletically built man standing roughly 6 feet tall and appearing to be in his mid 30s. With cold grey eyes and short brown hair. He normally wears attire that he has crafted himself and is rarely seen without at least his sidearm holstered to his hip.
Personality
Viktor is interesting. He appears as a plain man but everyone knows that behind that facade is a highly trained killer. At court he is approachable and in business he is sharp and to the point.
Mortal World
Viktor is a new comer to the city of Brisbane, however he has already managed to stir things up, rumors persist that he was involved in the death of the previous Russian Mob Boss, but this act led to a stabilizing effect throughout the city. People respect his capabilities as a Tailor.

Not much is known yet about Viktor, he dances around topics of his past either through feigned ignorance of English or with inane babbling about some interesting, yet pointless, event in his past. He will often invite people to his Tailor shop stating 'A Good Cover Starts With The Clothes'.
