Vitruvius is a craftsman located in Sydney's south. He is dedicated to using Magic to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of his creations, while still grounding them in the physical world. Never playing a major role in the politics of the Free Council he has always considered himself a member since his Awakening earlier in the century, keeping contact with lower ranking members as when their paths crossed.

Since the appearance of the dome he has kept to himself, wary what issues may come should he meddle too close to its surface. He has never been much of a fighter, but has recently joined the shooting range in Menai, to bring his theatrical training into a realistic skill should he ever need to defend his home.

Tony Moretti was raised in Sutherland, first generation Australian to Italian parents who called Australia home in the late 1960. Now in his late 30's after years as a machinist in Sydney he is the owner of Venturi Engineering located in Bangor. Venturi Engineering specialising in custom manufacturing for all industries and most recently props for stage and screen. What was once a side project for Tony now has five part time employees and is starting to build its reputation for quality and innovation.

To the world he is Tony Moretti a first generation Australian to Italian parents who called Australia home in the late 1960. Growing up in Sutherland he was in the poorer area of Sydney, however it exposed him to the growing industry of the south, especially with his father working in Wollongong for most of his life. Never a strong child he resorted to using complex tools and machines to make up for his lack of strength. With his parents passing in the early 90’s he finished his apprenticeship at a machinist.

Now in his late 40's after years as a machinist in Sydney he is the owner of Venturi Engineering located in Bangor. Venturi Engineering specialising in custom manufacturing for all industries. What was once a side project for Tony recently had a handful of machinist and began to build a reputation for quality and innovation. Over the last few months Venturi Engineering has suffered through its owners distraction, with the number of its employees halving and a decrease in the number of projects through the doors.

Recently he has adopted the name Vitruvius for himself when he investigates his talents, which began to manifest after he noticed a dome surrounding Sydney. He has stayed unaware of a mage society, keeping clear of the Dome and taking up visiting the Menai shooting range. After work hours and behind closed doors he has been developing his rare talent, specialising in using magic to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of his creations, while still grounding them in the physical world.
