Personal Information

Appearance

A heavyset man. The sort of heavy retired boxers or active thugs carry with them. Thin matted hair an a shrunken skull, candlewax skin glistening in the moonlight and a smile that is inappropriate for any setting. The knuckles on his hands are large and heavily scarred, and almost always hidden from direct view. He often hides behind the veil of his Obfuscate, but will always have a mask about his person at Court functions.

Personality

He affects a lazy, almost carefree manner. Keeping to the edges of things where he can he prefers to wait until an opportune moment to act. He will often use puns and mockery to voice his dislike of an idea or individual, but when he is silent it is because he is planning what he is going to do.

Mortal World

He presents himself as an eccentric, self promoting business man. He has crafted the image of someone wearing a persona to further his business interests with his store Halloween Every Day. The criminal underworld know him as a reliable independent operator who specializes in falsified documents and fake ID.

Information Known by Kindred Society

He is a thug and one of the Carthians Enforcers. He is skilled in unarmed combat but many of his targets will back down rather than face him due to his reputation and demeanor. He is happy to work with any one from other Covenants, taking each on their individual merits but has little time for those who believe they deserve greater respect for past glory then present actions.

Timeline

1948 Parents emigrate to Perth as part of the European Diaspora following WW2
1952 Biton Angelis is born, later known as Tony, even later as Vlad
1970 Following school, Tony moves to Kalgoorlie in an attempt to gain work in the mines
70’s Works as a bouncer and minder for various brothels and gambling houses in Kalgoorlie
80’s Moves to Perth and works as a minder for a forger, learns business side of forging and gains a reputation as someone who keeps his word
90’s Uses his knowledge of forging and the criminal underworld to carve a niche within the court
1991 Embraced
2000’s Becomes involved with the Carthian Movement, takes a more active political role at court discouraging in-fighting while advocating a need for reasoned sustainable change
2010’s Early – takes a trip to visit colleages at the Greek courts, spends some time coming up with a new business plan and funnelling funds and resources back to Perth to assist against the Strix
