Secret, Arrow, Stuff...
In my opinion the Free Council and potentially any other Order should be worried any time the Adamantine Arrows calls a meeting and says that they're doing some stuff that is 'secret'.
The problem historically with groups like "them" is an overwillingness to cause damage and mayhem and call it a political or war action and demand that when called out by those atrocities that they were protecting the Di... Pentacle for its own good. What exited me about the Free Council is that all our secret stuff is more talking about political decisions within our own order and decisions about direction of the body politic... Almost like a pragmatic fascist Greens in the present modern term. When we go to war, we're often seen to be too extreme, which when this is said by the Arrow I always seem to find very amusing. Primarily this is because our enemy is the Seers of the Throne and we view them more harshly than any other order within the Pentacle. My own preference for destruction is to cause more direct pain through alter the environment around whoever it is I'm attacking, whether it's altering the air in their lungs to be mustard gas, or having their own clothes choke them to death whilst they exude ammonium nitrate and cause their nervous system to shut down because it can't escape the pain of their skin organ from avoiding contact.
Matter and Death are two of the meanest Arcana in the whole periodic magic table...
The problem I have is that when I first introduced The Zali to the FC I talked about how killing was bad, yet now I'm only interested in moving the souls of the Seers back into the wheel because of their atrocities. If they'd stayed nice and played nice I could have almost tolerated not killing them and just corrupting their machine, whereas now I'm only interested in destruction... in the literal terms.
