Appearance

Dressed in business attire, and always looking ready to attend the next meeting, Alice-Rose clearly always has somewhere more important to be. She is fine dressed, her clothes of a quality few can afford, but she cares little for. Often a suit, or a business dress with a jacket. She stands tall, sits like a proper Englishwoman and keeps herself very clean, almost obsessively so.

Personality

A member of the clan known for their air of superiority in all things, Alice-Rose is no exception. A master business-woman and a slicing wit make for a combination few wish to cross. She's quick, she's smart, and she's willing to cut a deal, but you'll probably have to go through her secretary.

Mortal World

The owner of a multi-national business online business, Alice-Rose does not operate through her real name. Her secretary knows her real name, but most other mortals don't know her.

Timeline

  • 1809 - Born.
  • 1824 - Brought into her fathers business to help him operate it. She works behind the scenes, being too young to be working for him for a liveable wage.
  • 1828 - Has brought the company much success. So much so that she has been promoted significantly through the ranks.
  • 1829 - Meets Mr Stone and falls instantly for his charm. Not his romantic charm however, no she loves his ability to operate a business and within months she is asking for the chance to work with or even for him.
  • 1830 - He offers her a place by his side. She finds that it is not what she expects when he embraces her.
  • 1834 - She returns to her family after working by Mr Stone's side. Her business skills are improved and she works through the night, doing much more behind the scenes work, only operating during the day through her secretary.
  • 1839 - A deal with a group of Toreador ends badly and she winds up owing them a large sum of money. Boons are called and paid, but she scrapes through with no debts.
  • 1850 - She continues to work in her fathers business, causing it to flourish, and he promotes her to CEO as he is getting too old. Questions are raised as to how she is maintaining her appearance of being so young. She explains it away as having the money to afford the best plastic surgeons.
  • 1851 - Her father dies.
  • 1852 - Her mother dies.
  • 1855 - She 'resigns' as CEO, promoting her unknown business partner. She states health reasons as the cause. Within the year, Alice-Rose is declared dead at her home in England. Her business partner, Laura Tisa is the new CEO. She operates from around the world, her secretaries and other staff are well known, even if she is not. She has actually travelled to America.
  • 1916 - Alice-Rose spends a lot of time with some allies here, including Jairus Castle. The two become good friends for a while and she helps him out. He teaches her how to survive in the wild new nation that is America.
  • 1918 - Laura Tisa passes away in her sleep and her daughter, Alice-Renee, named for the woman who gave her mother everything, is promoted to CEO. Later in the year she marries John Elk Hopwood, the great nephew of Alice-Rose herself.
  • 1953 - The business expands through many countries and takes it place as a multi-national business. She is proud, but pushes to extend further.
  • 1994 - The business goes online, and begins it's journey to even more financial gain.
  • 1996 - Alice-Renee gives ownership of the business to her daughter, Allison-Jane.
  • 2000 - decides to expand the business again and travels through Japan, South Korea, and Indo-Asia to bring further business.
  • 2016 - Her sire requests she find out what happened to the Ventrue presence in Australia. Starting her on a journey that she never expected to take.

Recent History

  • NOV 2016 - Arrived alongside her ally Jairus Castle. The two are friends, but not really that close. They weren't all that clear on what their friendship was when they arrived but they had met. The Court attended a meeting with a mysterious kindred who was there to only talk but was unhappy about the trespassing on his territory. Outside of that she had a lovely discussion with the Malkavian Elder and the Brujah Elder.
  • DEC 2016 - Went to Melbourne to wait out the Sabbat alliance she did not agree with
  • MAY 2017 - Arrived back in Canberra after waiting out the alliance, and is pleased to find that it has ended. Helps the Court kill one of the leading Sabbat, saves the Prince, provides important transport. She is later asked by Elder Hathus to wipe out the remaining Sabbat. She does so. The two form a close alliance, and she provides him with financial assistance in return for... training.
  • JUL 2017 - Alice-Rose succeeds in wiping out the remaining Sabbat within the month provided to her. She then proceeds to arrive at the Court and after a very brief chat with Jairus Castle, finds herself appointed as Seneschal when he takes praxis. She also earns herself Kaalia's former territory.
