Appearance

Annabelle could be described as an ideal woman of her time. She was endowed with a fine figure, thin waist, wide hips, and delicate skin. Petite and gentle in appearance Annabelle has always seemed to be younger than she really was. Her long blond hair was always a subject of jealousy for other noble ladies. After her embrace, Annabelle inherited dark red eyes from her unknown sire that make her appear mad and intimidating. With the change of fashion over decades, Annabelle had to change her long silk and lace dresses to more modern outfits; however, she decided to stay loyal to firmly tightened corsets and expensive black satin. One can rarely see her wearing any colour rather than red or black. But one should not be tricked by her looks as Annabelle always has a knife hidden in her handbag.

Personality

If one is looking for understanding, help and warmth, then one has obviously came to the wrong person. Annabelle is narcissistic and cold hearted. Empathy and acceptance have died in her soul together with her human life. Trust is a forbidden feeling for her. Annabelle would not help anyone without getting anything in return. She likes to vision herself as a puppeteer using her manipulation skills to get what she wants from others. At the same time, Annabelle is a sociable person; she likes discussions and politics. Annabelle enjoys her little “games” and conspiracies. On the other hand, even though she is trying to be cold-minded, purely rational and calm, any thread to herself or her sense of entitlement may cause her to lose the control and resort to madness. Annabelle is also very opportunistic and cruel (to both enemies and friends).

Mortal World

After being a member of a mafia organisation in 1920-1950’s, Annabelle has saved a fortune. She then spent the money to start a business that involved selling various types of art and auctions. At the moment, Annabelle is an owner of a small art gallery in Armidale; however, she has some private reserves unknown to mortals that can be used in an emergency situation. Annabelle also has some contacts in police to help keep some of the secrets secret.

Timeline

• 1863 – Annabelle Harriet Lee was born into a wealthy family in Manchester, England.

• 1880 - In her late teens, she was married into lower aristocracy. The marriage was arranged by her parents.

• 1881-1887- Annabelle became a mother of three children.

• 1888 – Whilst visiting her friend in London, Annabelle was attacked and embraced. She does not remember the ordeal or the person who attacked her. A few days later Annabelle returned home not remembering how she got there. Driven by hunger and pain, she killed her family and drank their blood.

• 1888-1890 – Annabelle spent two years rarely leaving the place of her residence and feeding mostly of animals or very few people who she hunted in the forests.

• 1890 – 1914 – Annabelle effectively learned how to be a vampire and how to lure prey effectively in the cities. She had very little interaction with the mortal world.

• 1915 - She left for America following the lack of prey and constant danger due to the World War I in England.

• 1920-1950 – Annabelle lived in Chicago and was often involved in illegal business. She was also a member of a small mafia organisation for some time, constantly changing cities and identities.

• 1947 – Annabelle was constantly threatened by a more powerful vampire who she did not have much information about. Annabelle was trying to find the unknown vampire location. She helped Archived-Alder Wolfgang to kill the vampire and later assist him through learning about kindred and their rules.

• 1951 – 2000 – Annabelle lived a relatively calm life pretending to be a mortal. She owned small antique shops in different towns of America.

• 2014 – She travels to Australia to escape vampire hunters.

• 2015 – Annabelle decided to stay in Armidale and became a member of the Armidale court.

2015

After arriving to Armidale, Annabelle was presented to the court and has sworn an oath of vassalage to Archived-Esteban Cortes. Annabelle participated in the war against blue-tattooed kindred and assassinated a few of them herself. After the war, she found out that Archived-Tempest was planning a coup and informed members of the court and Prince about it. However, her words were not taken seriously. When Archived-Esteban Cortes became Prince again, Annabelle was given a position of Prince’s Harpy.
