Personal Information

Appearance

Standing at nary a hair over 5 foot 4, looking at the lithe woman you’d assume she was in her early twenties. She has large spectacle covered dark eyes and surprisingly clear skin, a slightly round face with a full mouth, framed by jaw length dark brown hair with a slight curl to it.

Evelyn was once known for wearing fifties styled clothing to fit in with her fake backstory, either circle skirts or dresses. Nowadays she has been sticking to clothes befitting of her religion in some way, long dresses, and a hooded cloak. It's unknown if this is how she dressed before she pretended to be a Mekhet or if this is something new altogether.
She is rarely seen without a notebook in her hands [more often than not there are more than one], and if that is the case then she likely has a novel or something similar in them instead. She is not overly fond of jewelery, though she has more recently been wearing a ring that shows her status as a member of the Circle of the Crone.

Personality

Normally rather quiet, Evelyn prefers to observe. Though if required she has become more outspoken since joining the Court of Adelaide, even more so with gaining the trial position of Priscus Harpy.
She is very protective of her childer, and will stop at nothing to make her intentions clear should they become threatened. Unfortunately she doesn't have much of the backbone yet to stand up for herself when the same thing happens back at her. Some rare kindred get to see the other side of her. The cheerful, though still quiet version. She is very motherly, and warm of heart, but the cheerfulness, and even the shyness cover a sinister side to the woman, the deviousness that lies beneath the surface of her always working mind.

Timeline

  • 1929 - Embraced by Archived-Isobel Bryce-Ashmore
  • 1940 - Embraces Archived-Alister Liddell.
  • 1950 - Moves to Brisbane. Gets work in the Brisbane State Library
  • 1990 - Embraces Archived-Felix Edmiston
  • 1994 - Torpors Felix
  • 1994 - Meets Mikhail Torre and sires him under the pretense that she was aware of a cure to his disease.
  • 1998 - Releases Mikhail Torre from her care
  • 2000 - James Tuttle dies. Evelyn has a moment to mourn.
  • 2005 - Yvonne Tuttle dies due to heart problems. Is survived by her own children.
  • 2008 - Awakens Felix from Torpor.
  • 2015 - After much conversing with the Kindred involved at the Brisbane court she travels to Adelaide.
    • Encounters both her childer in the city throughout her first few months of being in Adelaide.
    • Gets outed as a non-Mekhet in December.
  • 2016 - The year starts in a rather relaxed fashion apart from her encountering a person with burning blood and subsequently burning her face up.

Recent History

2015

  • Returned to South Australia in late August, encountering both her childer and making several mistakes in the meantime.
  • She was outed as not being a Mekhet in the time since she returned and is waiting for the proper fallout should it come.
  • Since returning she has been made Priscus Harpy, and has left the Carthians for The Circle of the Crone, becoming

    • Left the Carthians for The Crone after much deliberation.
    • Told Archived-Mikhail Torre things. Is waiting for the fallout.
  • DEC
    • Her older childe, Archived-Alister Liddell appeared in Adelaide. Nobody knew of their connection until late gathering.
    • That fallout came. The fact that she and Mikhail were Ventrue was announced at court. Now waiting on more fallout.

2016

  • JAN
    • Encounters a kine with the burning blood and feeds off them without realizing what she was doing. Has to spend court writing notes due to unseemly amounts of damage to her mouth.
    • A rather quiet event with several out-of-state Princes in attendance. There was a Praxis handover, with a member of Evelyn's coterie, Archived-Lorenzo Penthièvre taking Praxis.
  • FEB
    • Hosts court for the first time at the Crone Temple. Manage to succeed in a Cremple party without a torpor or infighting. Very impressive.
    • The PTA breaks up due to the murderising of the poor old lady by the Crone members of the coterie.
  • MAR
    • Logan joined House Bathory. Was removed from the position of Priscus Harpy.
    • Given the position of Herald. Baby rabbits are born, yey.
  • APR
    • Doesn't attend court, is very busy with her animals.
    • Dies. Mysterious causes.

Feelings on her family

  • Isobel: Her sire, she cared for her as deeply as she could a teacher.
  • Alister: Her first childe, her first son. He was a disappointment unlike any other. Not in that he went to the Invictus, but his outright attitude toward her, treating her as though she were a terrible sire simply because she could not prevent him being exiled. She still cared for him nevertheless.
  • Felix: Her baby, her favorite childe. She cared for Felix like he was her own flesh and blood child. Her torpor of him hurt her to no end.
  • Mikhail: He was a good childe to her, once they got over their misgivings. They had fun, and she loved him.
