Structure
The guild has four levels:
- Apprentice: Those with no previous experience who are in training, usually under a Meister.
- Journeyman: Those who have graduated from basic training and passed the basic exam. They are qualified to perform basic speaker duties
- Meister: Those who have passed the second ring of exams and speak at least 3 languages. They are qualified to perform all Speaker based duties.
- Grand Meister: The head of the guild (currently the founder), as agreed by the Meisters. The Grand Meister adminsters the exams.

The Exams
For any member to pass beyond the rank of Apprentice they are required to undergo an examination in basic Invictus protocol, mainly focusing on what NOT to say to a fellow Invictus along with identifying common pitfalls.
The Meister's examination is much more intense. First the Journeyman must be able to speak at least three languages and have served in the guild for at least 6 months at which point they can chose to step forward for testing. This examination covers the intricacies of Titles along with learning more abstract Invictus matters such as the Florentine Code and the Language of Flowers.
