Herald

Other Titles: Minister, Runner, Mouthpiece, Spokesman, Secretary

The "Voice and Representative" of the Prince. When the Prince makes a decree or convenes an unscheduled court, the Herald makes sure all the Kindred of the city (who need to know) hear of it/ are alerted to attend. The Herald is assumed to speak with the Prince’s voice at all times, and will even represents the Prince in proxy when the Prince cannot/ will not make a personal appearance.

In smaller cities, the role of Herald is often taken care of by the city's Seneschal.
