Mask: Dull, very square. Iago looks like a typical dumb thug whose attention never seems quite focussed on what's in front of him.

Mien: Somewhat bland and blank, always dusty. His skin is raw and red, almost showing veins and muscles beneath, and he has three eyes.

Arcadia

Iago has an uncommonly heard abduction story. The creatures that took him away from the world weren’t fantasy fairies, but aliens in a ship that soared through the skies. He was taken in what he came to think of a semi-regular collection of sentient individuals from one of potentially innumerable inhabited planets. His lords and masters needed individuals to keep the ship flying. Why they didn’t have a full crew of their own species he did not know, but he was put to work on menial tasks almost immediately with minimal supervision.

Whenever tasks were not completed satisfactorily there was the experimentations. It was somewhere between a punishment and an improvement/training. Those in charge would ‘fix’ those that couldn’t perform the required tasks properly, and seemed to be having an interesting time playing with foreign biology at the same time. Over the years, Iago lost much of what he was, and gained some of what the ship itself was.

Escape

Iago didn't exactly escape, he was rescued, and shoved down the nearest trod, which led him back to Brisbane.

Recent Events

The Freehold

Iago was taken in and taught about the world again, and joined the Winter court and the Rangers Motley, with Fallacy Yankelovich.

The Summer Tyrant

Iago was not high ranking enough to put any opinion on the initial actions of the Tyrant, and did as he was told by the King of Winter.

Civil War and the Second Freehold

Winter was quite active, though mostly unseen during the conflict, and the Rangers survived. With the formation of the Second Freehold, Iago already held the opinion that the Court system was obviously flawed and broken. He took the role of Nemesis and left the court of Winter, so no Changeling (outside his motley) would hold any more sway over him and his duties to the Freehold could continue without courtly allegiance. At this point he also moved further out from the Freehold, patrolling the borders.
