Appearance
Joey is average height has broad shoulders and toned arms. He moves through the room with a grace that seems out of place for his size. He portrays the appearance of a man completely in control of his body and surroundings.
Joey's fashion has changed over the last five years, now opting for the powerful business look, streamlined suits and fashion. His hair slicked back to stay out of his face.
Personality
Joey is extremely approachable, his natural found swagger makes him easy to talk too. Joey can come across as direct, he plays the political game always looking for the next challenge. Joey is fiercely loyal to the Movement and any brother or sister of the movement, he will put his life on the line for any member of the movement without hesitation and expects the same.
Joey is very protective of his constituents in Albany and treats them as if they were his own.
As Joey has matured he is playing a longer deeper political game than has peers.

- 1763 - Embraced in Boston Massachusetts.
- 1780 - Spent time in Chicago while under tutelage from his sire.
- 1790 - Returned to Boston Courts

- 1870 - Was spotted with the Cafe Carthians in Paris.

- 1910 - Joey was presented to the City of Perth by his Sire Sawyer
- 1941 - Albany Becomes the Carver home territory.
- 1971 - Joey speaks to national Caucus of Carthians about Marius.
- 1983 - Embraces as child and gives the child to raise to Conner McIntire
- 1995 - Embraces Jason Loader
- 2010 - Attempts to pull the nomads together to take back Perth.
- 2014 - Succeeds in forming his own court to take on the brotherhood.
- 2015 - Is crowned Prince of Perth, after defeating his rivals
- 2016 - Succeeds Crown to Maeve of the Crone. Retires to Albany in Defeat.
- 2017 - Returns to Active court life.
Recent History
- May 2017 - Travels to Roxby Downs after meeting Gio and Felix Edmiston While there gets tangled up in an attempted Praxis claim. Taking the torpored Prince Isobel Bathory back to Albany, a decision that will change the course of his requiem.
- June 2017 - Returns to Roxby downs to see Gio only to reveal to him that he is his Grandsire. Joesph was ejected from the court in Roxby downs after a feeding incident, he spends the night at Elysium meeting a new kindred in the process. Joesph returns to Perth to unite the fractured regencies and claims Praxis over Perth once again.
- July 2017 - Arrives in Brisbane unannounced to witness the coronation of Prince Threadgold. While there a meeting between Elders occurs for the first time between Vilrec Langlifr and Joseph, while the court stands in silence as they watch in the shadows of these giants meeting. Joseph has long talks with Tatiana Miasnivena before leaving the gathering looking quite frustrated and hungry.
