Timeline

• 1975: Born in Wellington, New Zealand to diplomats who resided in the city as part of the Australian Embassy contingent. Is an identical twin.
• 1982: Family moves to Melbourne, Australia. Nikolai and his brother Mikhail commence schooling.
• 1994: Nikolai and Mikhail graduate from Scots College in Melbourne. Family moves to Canberra on behest of the father.
• 1995: Nikolai joins the Australian Defence Force and finishes bootcamp at Kapooka RTC. Graduates with top honours and is selected to transfer to RMC Duntroon to commence officer training.
• 1997: Graduates RMC and is a Lieutenant in the Intelligence Corps. Is sent on a three month mission to the Middle East to extract details of a potential terrorist attack in planning in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• 1998: Nikolai is forced to escape Riyadh after a biological terrorist attack rips through the city. Nikolai escapes with vital information pertaining to biological and chemical weapons in production.
• 2001: Nikolai is recruited into the CIA's Special Activities Division attached to the ADF Intelligence Corps. Oversees operations to start developing biological weapons which ultimately turns into creating organisms designed from cultivating viruses.
• 2004: Nikolai quits the ADF. Becoming obsessed with viral creation and starts injecting his tests into human subjects, including himself.
• 2008: Effectively a super-soldier, he starts testing his results against animals, resulting in a horrific accident causing the deaths of all personnel and eradication of the facility.
• 2009: Returns to Canberra to find Mikhail has gone missing. Enraged, he sets out to find what has happened to his brother.
• 2009: Is sired to Kaida, he starts to work under the allias of Pendragon. Embrace Motive unknown.
• 2010: Joins the AFP and is quickly promoted to the ranks of SPAD. Through manipulation, he rises to the ranks of Commandant. Officers are replaced with agents completely under his influence, suggesting Nikolai has been injecting them with the same serum that circulates within him. SPAD on the surface seems to be the answer to Canberra's blight with "paranormal activity" yet is a highly corrupt organisation that further the needs of "clients" that want to gain the upper hand in the politics and conflict in the underground. SPAD is seen in inner circles as highly violent and remorseless in its execution of its activities, resulting in gruesome discoveries of mass graves and killhouses. Discoveries are hushed in news media.
• 2012: Encounters the Requiem chapter and offers services to eradicate threats on behalf of them.
• 2013: Continues to serve the Requiem but refuses to indulge in the politiking of the chapter. Some sense a change of nature in Nikolai to an almost altrustic form but many remain wary.

Recent History

Nikolai serves the Pendragon by embrace but outreaches to other groups within the Requiem, offering solutions to issues to those that don't mind the execution of its solution. Mikhail plays heavily on his mind and is actively searching for his long lost brother. Nikolai is currently in a state of heavy discontent with the House Pendragon after Aurialanus declared the eradication of the Special Paranormal Activities Division to his face without any reason. Disgusted with the lack of professionalism and consultation on this decision, his loyalty to Pendragon is close to non-existant. He has ordered his retainers to pull back on any standing orders with Pendragon until further notice. 'Mad Dog' has heard of his malcontent with Pendragon and has opened up negotiations to join his House as a partner with his retainers acting as a bodyguard/ Rapid Reaction asset.
