Personal Information
Appearance
Scrap has short dark hair, prominent fangs and tends to wear leather. Sensible shoes, some kind of alternative black t-shirt and a leather vest is his standard attire, along with his leather combat gloves. He is rarely seen without his knife; a mother-of-pearl handled crafts 7 knife given to him by Fatimah al-Mu'allima.
He is always well groomed, but never wears standard 'invictus' attire. His concession to his covenant is the fact that he wears his liege's pin and his hair is (usually) brushed. He's gangrel, what would you expect?
Personality
Brutally honest would be the nicest way to talk about how scrap relates to other people. He says what he thinks and thinks what he says. His brain sometimes lives in his knife, and his concept of loyalty extends to whether or not he cans get something out of the relationship still. He goes his own way, owns his own mistakes and doesn't understand this whole 'pack' nonsense. He goes along with it so that the elders don't eat him to be honest.
Scrap is more of a lone wolf, but he knows who to run with to get what hewants and needs.
Mortal World
Scrap was born assigned female at birth as “Scarlett” in 1996.
Scrap never, ever talked about who his family was when he was born, especially since he left at the age of between 5 and 7, but that little which he did talk about was filled with hatred and neglect, as well as physical, mental and emotional abuse.
Growing up on the streets, the self-named “Scrap” ended up earning the chosen name through a penchant for fighting, as well as wearing tattered clothes.
Living under bridges and pickpocketing, it was no surprise that the then young girl fell in with Nyx (then called Mya) and spent some time in a ‘gang’ of sorts as youngsters.
When a burglary went wrong, Nyx took the fall for Scrap and ended up in gaol. Scrap took the loot and ran. When asked later, he would mostly tell everyone that it was because he had gotten everything he could out of the city of Adelaide and left.
The reality, however, was much, much different. With his only ‘ally’ in the world apparently gone, the teen spent his life roaming the streets of Australia getting along by joining various gangs as muscle-for-hire until he hit Canberra.
Once in Canberra the homeless teen was quickly abducted and embraced by Rieger’s childe Dominik (Then-member of the Society of the Accord) for the purposes of Diablerie.
Three months after embrace, the Society of the Accord was attacked and Dominik and its other members were killed by Six, David Bradshaw and Fujita among others. Scrap, still tied to the chair he was embraced in, used his newfound disciplines as a kindred to escape his bonds and took to the streets as a lone fledgling. There, he was found by David Bradshaw.
SDC David Bradshaw became Scrap’s ‘sire figure’ for a while, as another childe of Rieger he taught Scrap the fundamentals of vampiric existence for about a month before taking the childe to the court of Canberra, where it was decided upon that he should be known as ‘released’.
Information Known by Kindred Society
Recent History
After his ‘release’ Scrap quickly became a member of the Invictus, under the vassalage of Murdoch Tyron after a manumission of only a few months. Scrap, with his longstanding background as a muscle-for-hire presented himself as thus to the Ventrue lord who eagerly took on the young Gangrel’s services.
Under the guise of tutelage, Murdoch Tyron then conditioned Scrap and used him, under commands of dominate to embrace larvae, and at a later date hunt and torture lady Kaida. However, he fell in love with Kaida’s Childe, Catherine Knight. They began to live with each other and were openly a couple at court.
After Murdoch Tyron's rise to power as Prince, Scrap took the position of Sherriff from Grim and began to work on the city of Canberra.
It was at this time that, having felt a man all his life, Scrap underwent the change from female to male with the assistance of a Nosferatu Galloi.
The young Gangrel found very quickly that his brash actions and ‘angry’ style of politics, as well as his unpopular liege lord, caused him to fall into an unfavourable position within the court of Canberra.
After the rise to power of Six Scrap found that more and more his favour in the court was falling (Despite managing to hold on to a relatively high status)
He began to lose humanity on the job killing humans and later larvae whilst being uninformed as to the larger events of the city in all but a cursory manner (Mostly due to his inexperience in occult matters, and partly due to his status).
Scrap became friends with Benjamin Kirkson and Lord Fujita Kazuhiko at this time, and started to be taught properly in the ways of kindred at the embraced age of three.
Scrap chafed under the rule of Six and became very angry at the idea of the ‘Requiem’ and ‘Purpose’ that the Lancaea Sanctum spouted, particularly after being told not to attack the beings connected to the spirit being known as ‘Cormack'. Scrap believed that because of this order of inaction it was Six that caused the death of Maliki and Lady J as well as other kindred, and thusly and began to conspire to remove him from leadership due to Six's supposed negligence.
Then, the death of Six happened. Which, in itself, is a very long and upsetting story that will not be recounted here at this time. Enough to say, that it left Scrap with the loss of both status and position, the title of ‘Regicide’, and a seething hatred for both the Invictus and of Kindred as a whole.
After a rage induced killing spree Scrap dropped to humanity one after learning of his new title and position. In an attempt to save himself, Scrap attempted to drink the blood of Catherine to become blood bonded to her. However, due to his aggressiveness and horrific appearance, Catherine refused, and Scrap disappeared into the night.
To date, Scrap has not been seen since.
