Spreads the Spirits in a male of average height and rough Caucasian features. He looks like he's in his early 20's, and like he should still be going to University. He is known to live and work with Quantum, and helps out with Quantum's growing facilities.
History
- Arrived in Cern in September 2014
- Earned Deed Name in March 2015 when he sent Rabies spirits off to the desert to get rid of them and stop them from infecting more humans.
