Cabal History

NOV: Cabal formed by; Cadence, Vivi and The Zali with the intent to study the history of Adelaide, the plans for the City of Light and potentially recreate it.

Goal
The Foundation intends to study the work done to create a new type of city, one that reflects the heavens and can harness the power of the world. A vision created by the Silver Ladder via Proxies but left to ruin over time.
Once this research is complete the cabal intends to repair and use the power of the city and plan.
While the Seers control the CBD The Foundation also intends to stop the Seers from taking this power by temporary disruption of the cities lay lines.
