Following the events of the set-up game territory will be re-allocated.
We will need a harpy (or ST can record)
Covenant members need to select their leaders. Leaders will owe 1 major and three minor boons to their covenant mates. If there is contention, players may bid for support. This reflects the politicing that took a character to get here. Leader MUST have status Covenant 3, Clan 1.
Clans will need to select a Priscus, each of the Prisci will be owed a minor boon by each member (negotiable). Prisci MUST have status Covenant 1, Clan 3.
The Covenant leaders will petition the Prince for territories (suburbs). Effectively buying them with services and/or boons.
The Covenant leaders will distribute territories (suburbs) amongst their members... probably for the highest price they can wangle.
Individual members (including Prisci) of court can petition the Prince for specific feeding areas. (Any locations paid for in haven points are exempt)

NOTE 2: Be sensible, every character needs access to some territory. Also Life boons CAN NOT be traded in this.

Laws of the Court

Destruction: Destruction of one acknowledge by the Praxis shall be considered an attack on the Praxis and will be dealt with in kind.
Progeny: Those created without the prince's expressed permission will be killed on sight.
Hospitality: The crimes of the guest will be laid at the feet of the host.
Territory: All territory is owned by the Praxis, but stewardship is granted to individuals for service to the Praxis.
Feeding: To feed in the Territory or herd of another will be considered an attack upon the rightful owner.
Strangers: Those not acknowledged by the Praxis are not protected by it unless they seek the Hospitality of a member of Court.
Revelation: To reveal the powers or weaknesses of the kindred to 'others' shall be considered an attack on the Praxis and will be punished accordingly
Pestilence: Those for whom the kiss spreads pestilence, the final mercy shall be granted.
Anthema: To trespass upon those sites named "Anthema" shall be considered an attack on the Praxis and will be punished accordingly.
Amaranth & Drugar: Those that succumb will be granted the final mercy.

Upcoming Events

June 2013 - Following the recent upheavals, and the loss of prominent kindred, the Court will convene so that matters of territory and standing may be settled. All kindred will publicly reaffirm their commitment to their Covenant and to the Praxis. All territories, regencies, and feeding rights will all be rescinded and reassigned based on the current distribution of covenants and status.
December 2012 - All kindred of Armidale are called to serve. The location of the brood has been located and all are required to do their part in stamping out this infection. ((NOTE IC date is December 2012, actually this will be the MAY set-up game))
