Scotty of Clan Gangrel has claimed praxis at the December court and none in attendance spoke against him. Unfortunately the Prince and teh Seneschal were not in attendance and immediately contested the Praxis upon hearing about it.
the city is now in a state of contested Praxis with much unresolved and things coming to a biol.
