Greetings and Salutations Ancillae Voce, Influential Master Harpy of the Brisbane Court, and Influential cousins,

I submit for your pleasure, discernment, and posterity record, the observations of the Brisbane Montgomery Court, as witnessed by myself Mr Felix Parker of the Clan of Lunatics on the 14th of April 2015.

The court was hosted by Elder Josiah Ricardo Carrenza, Elder of the Setites On the eve of the 14th of April as an evening with of contemplation of the past events in the city and then some consideration of what the future holds at the Brisbane Club with appropriate security measures arranged.

New Members at Court

There were no new presentation of childe, or visiting kindred to the Brisbane court in Apri 2015.

Announcements

Prince Karl Montgommery declared that Scabs for [ reason ] was to be considered an assistant to the Chancellor and charged with recording boons and gifts of presentation in the chancellors absence for the night of April 14th 2015 AD. All boons are to be recorded with Scabs who will liaise with the Chancellor.
The clan of Lunatics will be having a quiet seance called by the Primogen, please bring your flippers and smoking pipes.
A meeting of [Primogen] has been called by [Vinenzo of the Tremere].
The Bruja rave party in the basement has non explosive claymores for entertainment purposes only.
Prince Karl Montgommery did declared that any Kindred, ie Acknowledged members of the Camarilla, found to be plotting the death of another Kindred member of Brisbane Camarilla court, whilst the city is under siege, whilst the Sabbat and Hunters run rampant and unchecked in the south, will be put into torpor, as their actions are compromising the strength of the Masquerade. It must be noted that several members of court strenuous questioned the context of this proclamation as well as it's validity, however being of lesser status they should be ignored for their gauche attempt to at posteriors insurance. (Please see appended details on who objected to this proclamation)

Declarations of Status

Calibrac on behalf of the Well Known Nosferatu Clan Head declared Scabs to be Valuable for his services to the Nosferatu and the Camarilla.
Ms. Cassandra Rose who is Revered as Toreador Primogen declared La Belle Dame d'Lumiere to be Awe Inspiring for her actions in defence of the haven.
Ms. Cassandra Rose who is Adored as Toreador Primogen declared Voce to be Courageous for his actions in defence of the haven.
Voce who is Ancillae as Master Harpy did declare that he found Dr Karl's to still be 'Deficient' in his argument in regard to Voce's previous ruling and rescinded Dr Karl's status of Ancillae for a month.
Voce who is Influential as Master Harpy declared that Seneschal Aurelia DuBois for being used by Prince Karl to argue a point to be a Patsy

Rumours, Lies and Slander

For the discerning and influential to consider what constitutes scandal, listed from most creditable to least. Those that have been refuted by their betters have been noted in private records.

There is a persistent rumour that, one office bearer sought to assassinate another, Tisk tisk, shocking to be found out.
The proposed raids had better not be a fuster cluck else they will reflect poorly on those who organised, facilitated and participated.
Certain people deem that the nature of their office permits them to ignore the Prince's wishes for how certain Traditions should be enforced. If true would be a Scandal of Court: Violation of Domain Protocols
The Bruja Clan Head was missing after hijacking an elder's event, poor taste.
The Prince disrespected the court by wearing a meat suit. (Please refer to the enclosed confidential list for further detail).
Certain newly elected officials seem to forget that if they demand services, they should offer a gift of prestation not empty thanks. If it were true it would be a Scandal of Court: Behavior not befitting ones position
Certain Office bearers might bending certain rules to cover for their clan if it were true it may be a Scandal of Court: Violation of Domain Protocols

Records of Prestation

Scabs being charged with noting the Records of Prestation has declared that the Court will be best served by public declaration of Prestation when a boon is collected not when it is recorded.

It must be noted that as this is not the normal protocol of the Camarilla in regards to the system of recording boons and prestation, and such to avoid potential scandal that may unwittingly ensure, will be seeking advice or precedent from lore masters to ensure that such a declaration still firmly upholds the system of prestation that ties together the Kindred of the Camarilla in an interlocking web of mutually reinforcing belief.
