What happened: PC's were summoned by Emperor Nathan to attend him in Mc'Donalds for lunch.<br>
 +
There Becket brough in the new PC (Michael's Character I can't currently remember).<br>
 +
After a quick arranging of tutors for the new mage they decided to discuss business and the cult.<br>
 +
It wasn't long before they received a call from the prophet that the Golden sheety thing (The Protector) would arrive.<br>
 +
The PC's brought him 2 cases of beer to meet it. At this meeting after several months of failing to detect it<br>
 +
the PC's finally managed to detect the Abyssal resonance of the Protector.<br>
 +
Furhter investigation lead them to find the small shard of it in the Prophet as well, likely without his knowledge.<br>
 +
The rest of the session had to do with one member dealing with blackmail, and recruiting said blackmailer upon discover he was a sleepwaker.<br>
 +
Also chasing a body snatcher, who tried to posess one of the PC's and failed.<br>
 +
It lead them on a chase through Civic, but thanks to PC allies they were able to supress all aspects of it.<br>

What happened: Usual monthly gathering, but also met new member, Piper Ravenryder. <br>
 +
Group was then summoned by the spirit of the Kingston Train Station. <br>
 +
It informed them that it was having problems with tainted essenece, and by a pre-exisiting treaty with the previous pentacle members<br>
 +
the mages had to go and get rid of the taint if they wished it to continue to provide protection to those traveling in and out of Canberra.<br>
 +
The PC's were quick to respond and investigate the issue, and their efforts lead them to the bridge crossing into Tharwa.<br>
 +
Under this they found a number of frog men on a Ley-line crossing, which was tainting things further upstream.<br>
 +
The PC's after chatting to them found out they were chased off by the previous Pentacle members, and had returned to claim their home.<br>
 +
Rather than try to chase them off again, the PC's decided to just set up a resonance filter instead.<br>
 +
After that they met the Prophet again to ask more questions, but failed to turn up that much information.<br>

What happened: PC's had regular monthly meeting. Found out about a Cult of the Protector, and that some gang members were being killed in unusual ways.<br>

After some investigation they found the cult did have supernatural backing of some sort, but were unable to determine exactly what.<br>
 +
The meeting with the prophet of the cult didn't lead to much, as he himself wasn't much of a beliver, but seemed to be marked with a great fate.<br>
 +
They then joined the cult to investigate it futher.<br>
 +
Their investigations into the murders were a lot more straight forward, and they quickly determined that the killlings were being done by a<br>
 +
young man who had managed to get his hands on a magic spear.<br>
 +
Instead of confronting the guy, they instead stole the spear by stealth and snuck off with it.<br>
 +

Premise: First Game - Gathering of character <br>
 +
What happened: Characters met to discuss how they would all work in the city. None felt it was time to act out against the Banishers, so instead just organised themselves into cabals. <br>

Fixer took it upon himself to become the Herald of the group to make sure people were organised and things got done. <br>
 +
Characters then found out about a few unusual deaths that had happened, where the muscles and internal organs had turned into jelly. <br>
 +
After much work the group was able to trace it back to the source, an old harvest spirit that had followed an immigration family over to Australia. <br>
 +
No longer getting its seasonal offerings, it was instead taking what it required. The characters decided to sneak into the field at night and bind the spirit. <br>
