Appearance

Bethany Lewis is usually heard approaching long before she's seen, motorcycle engine revving as she makes her way to the scene. Helmet in hand and brown leather jacket over her shoulders, she leans heavily on a walking stick when not astride her bike. Mid length red hair is braided down one side, the other left loose and messy. Her left leg is prosthetic, a souvenir of her time spent fighting in human wars before her first change.

Personality

Bethany is a soldier at heart, preferring to follow than to lead. Though she travels frequently, her heart is always with her pack, even if she is not with them physically. She agrees strongly with the Irraka way of things, knowing that each part of the whole has its own job to do, and that the quiet behind the scenes work is just as important as the Rahu charging in openly. Bethany encourages her pack and those around her to think through things before taking action, and enjoys seeing her advice lead to the success of those she cares about.

"Walks on Knives" - This deedname was given to Bethany for her actions during her First Change, and her recovery from her injuries thereafter.

Timeline

• 1984 - Born in Adelaide to Dr Helen Kay and Anthony Lewis on the 12th of May.
• 2002 - Joins the ADF at 18.
• 2007 - Becomes part of the Royal Australian Corps of Transport. Over the next six years, is stationed in various Australian bases as well as deployed overseas.
• 2010 - Met Bjørn Olsen while on deployment in Afghanistan.
• 2013 - Bethany receives a Medical Discharge from the ADF after an incident with an IED renders her crippled. She underwent First Change during this deployment.
• 2014 - Bethany tries to integrate back into civilian life. Her relationship breaks down and she ends up a single mother of two.
• 2016 - Meets Solomon and becomes part of the Thousand Steel Teeth Lodge.
• 2017 - Starts her long-term project to create a fetish prosthetic leg that will shift with her forms.
• 2018 - Begins working with the Protectorate of Adelaide and gathering a pack around her.

Recent Events

• March 2018 - Bethany turns up in Brisbane, following the call to the Hunt sent out to all Packs in the area.
• April 2018 - Bethany calls the Protectorate of Adelaide together on a Hunt for the first time since the formation of the newer packs.
