Appearance
With a medium build, Lanceolate is somewhere between lanky and fit but his level of physical fitness doesn’t detract from his slight geeky appearance. Usually seen in comfortable tshirts to button-up shirts with a vest for work purposes, he seems to prefer the aesthetic of neutral colours such as greys, browns and blues which at times make his hazel eyes cooler in colour. Somehow despite this, he always seems warm to approach, even if he would much rather be alone reading a book or working on his next masterpiece. His dark brown hair is often neatly kept but not to the point of gelling back, enough so that random strands would not get in the way of his reading glasses while doing work.

Personality
Lanceolate is a person who puts his work above all else, keeping his environment neat, simple and compartmentalized. He was never good with deadlines hanging over him; even though he often started everything early he still somehow managed to require cramming without sleep at the last moments. Maybe it had something to do with his creative spark, always finding something at the last minute that made him need to rework the entirety around it. Or maybe it was how he jumped from one thought to the next without fully forming the previous so that he required to backstep and fill in the gaps as he went. Yet he always seemed to know exactly what piece was needed to fill in which gap no matter how far ahead he went, as if he saw the bigger picture at hand.
This individual has always been concerned predominately with the perception of others. Whenever he gets stuck, it is usually due to not being able to fully grasp how others would see things rather than thoughts of how he would like things to be. This made his works speak to people in ways others could rarely achieve, drawing out hidden emotions and twisting just enough to draw you in until he had you exactly where he wanted you to be. This talent also showed in his interactions with others, challenging his peers to thing outside of what they would normally and question their own limitations. Even so, Lanceolate was quite the internal person. Preferring to think and brainstorm and fantasize over preaching and stealing the limelight.

Arrived in Launceston with his cabalmates getting their living situation sorted while Angel went off to become associated with the community. Has been working on his latest screenplay for the new agency that has hired him.
26/08/2018 - Visited by Tempus in relation to Angel's latest "getting to know the people" work, interviewed him in relation to his problem and gathered the necessary information to take a step forward. Organised to enter one of Tempus' dreams to gain a deeper understanding of the problem at hand and see if he is able to assist Tempus in coming to terms with his past trauma on the following Tuesday morning, the 28/08/2018.
