Legion of Fate

Comprising those that fate has chosen for her own
Deathmarks: Associated with wisdom and infinity amongst the Quick, the marks of the inward-turning spiral and joined circles that resemble the infinity symbol, an hourglass a yin-yang or a pair of concentric circles. In many cases, those mortals chosen by Fate bear these marks long before their death.

Membership in the Legion of Fate

Comprised entirely of those Fate has marked for her own, the Ladies of Fate do not trade in souls to build their numbers and neither do they trade their souls away.

Eurydice and the Seat of Fate

Granted to the Lady of Fate by Charon, Eurydice is an island off the coast of Stygia. Styled in the form of a massive mansion, Eurydice is an island of silence. Sea breezes softly rustle the leaves of the Eurydice Trees, the last place in Stygia these otherworldly flora can be found. These trees are the source of Stygian paper and are of immense value.

It should be noted that reed boats of Ferrymen are frequently seen in the restricted area of Ripple Bay. The doors and windows overlooking the bay were sealed after the Third Great Maelstrom. it is generally supposed the Ladies of Fate continue to provide support to the Ferrymen.

The Ladies of Fate

It is believed the Ladies of Fate are personally chosen by the Lady of Fate herself, and they have been Moliated to have a similar appearance; this is heavily debated by masters of the Arcanos, some clearly see the marks of Moliation and some deny they are present.
The Lady has not been seen since Charon's disappearance; the Ladies of Fate have no difficulty speaking for the Legion. it is noted that none of the Legion oppose their edicts, at least not openly. it is also known the the Ladies sit in private council on Eurydice to decide key policy.
