- 1903 – Sydney – Patrick O’Connell born to Irish Immigrants;
- 1916 – Sydney – Becomes involved with gangs Darlinghurst and Woolloomooloo;
- 1927 – Sydney – Pistol Licensing Act 1927 resulted in Patrick being well known to have carried a straight razor. The gangs he associated with worked for Tilly Devine;
- 1929 – Sydney – Involved in the Battle of Blood Alley (in Eaton Avenue, King's Cross) and the Battle of Kellett Street (in Kellett Street, near King's Cross), earning him the nickname “Carver”. Also known to have consumed cocaine frequently;

- 1933 – Perth – Sire goes missing, Patrick – now going by “Carver” – joins the Carthian movement;
- 1937 - Sydney - Contacts inform "Mr. C" of a potential recruit. Embraces Sawyer.
- 1937 to present (ooc: Open for ties) - Mr. C doesn't appear much in courts, though he uses his extensive networks to asssit the Carthian movement and his family.
