Appearance

Mr Parker is a plump, cheerful man in his mid 40's who usually seems slightly uncomfortable and harassed. He usually dresses in a suit, though not necessarily one in fashion. As of becoming Chief Harpy at the Brisbane court he favours wearing bright sparkly colours in an effort to look more courtly and fit in better.

Personality

A mild mannered slightly awkward mid 40's man who always seems cheerful despite looking slightly uncomfortable and out of place. A healthy paranoia about something pervades his actions and he constantly attempts to be as helpful to people as possible. Despite his best efforts to be likable, Mr Parker has the unnerving knack to bring out the irrational or irritating aspect in most people. He tends to waffle a lot and prefers to write letters.

Mortal World

Mr Parker, struggling owner of the dubious Applied Analytics firm that has not gone bust.. yet.. Purporting to be a 'Holistic Investigator' with no case too small or to big, the firm and its owner usually lurch from one case of tracking down a missing cat to investigating the legality of proposed development. He's a cheerful man, easy to get along with, easy to scare and easy to find if you need someone or something found.

Mr Parker is obsessed with documentation and upholding the Traditions and the Protocols of the Camarilla. Rarely is there a time when he does not have one or both on hand to wave about to make a point usually with phrase "According to the Tradition and the Protocols laid down by the Elders...."

Timeline

• 1970 - Starts an argument in relation to the nature of prestation in structuring and changing kindred society with Vishakhadatta. Both put off the argument for a few decades to focus on other matters.
• 1970 - Mr Parker is convinced to start a long commitment with the ballet through Gretchen Di Val.
• 1980 - Assists in clean ups during in the Anarch wars opposite Victor Creed
• 1990 - Did clean up duty during the next Anarch war.
• 2000 - Lost a lot of money on doomsday predictions.
• 2010 - Successfully solved case of Buttons the missing prize kitten.
• 2013 - Successfully predicted the highest grossing organic natural scented hair gel.

• 2015 - Continues ongoing running argument with Vishakhadatta in regard to the nature of prestation in structuring and changing kindred society.

Recent History

Still considers himself to be strongly connected to modern society and has recently made the shift from typewriter to computers, but insists on all electronics being switched off and unplugged lest they spark and start a fire. May explain a lack of profitability.

• Feb -
• Mar - Organised a midnight tea party on top of Mr Cotton the territory of Scotty for owl lovers with Lucy Mavorick,Peyton Constanica Halliwell, and other owl lovers.
• Apr - Organised a police unit with the auspices Armand LeBlanc to patrol and crack down on crime. Welcome to VLAD.
• May - Reorganized Harpies as a group not as single Harpy Voce and sub harpy, created the Murder of Harpies to help kindred reconnect with the laws that govern them.
• Jun - Second VLAD successful strike, declined position as Warden due to his one hat policy.
• Jul - Stuck head in the ground and went lalalalalalalalalala.
• Aug - Punished Malkavian and Tremere Clans for the scandalous actions of their Primogen. Respective clans shortly found ways to demonstrate their understanding of the laws that govern the Camarilla.
• Aug - Organised raising of Kaalia Raine, scourge of Canberra to the rank of Ancillae. Send a letter of compliment by Vashti stating that she was looking foreward to meeting him personally. Wished he had not got aformentioned letter.
• Sep - Survived Conclave, prize ghoul killed that leave him disraught, Started process of raising Göksel Ahmet to the rank of Elder.
• Oct - Declares Clan Head Elder La Belle Dame d'Lumiere, and there by all Toreador to be Infiltrated for the public scandal of the Toreador being infiltrated by Setites. Exit/Redemption conditions listed.
• Nov - Documents praxis change from Prince Scotty to Prince Michael. Is a very busy Harpy.
• Jan - Prince Micky D, and Elder D'Lum have a public spat, Elder told by the Prine to Back the Truck up. Court looks the other way. Elder Lucien Nevue visits and arranges for further cognitive testing on subjects to be carried out in conjugation with Mr Parker. Mr Parker is thrilled to have an Elder Malkavian at court.
• Feb - Survives argument with Archon Bell after standing his ground on principles of being a Harpy. Is replaced as Master Harpy, remains keeper of records and prestation. Sends letter to Gretchen Di Val and Göksel Ahmet and letters of introduction for neonate Victoria Black
