Minutes in the Hour

The Certain Hour are a motley formed of the foremost oneiromancers in the Brisbane Freehold. Experts on the occult and skilled investigators, the Certain Hour most typically serves the Freehold by providing analysis of information and unravelling magical mysteries. That said, its members are all skilled oneiromancers and when the circumstances call for it they can bring their arcane skills to bear against the terrible things that occasionally threaten the very minds of the Freehold.

Though a somewhat secretive group whose rites and oaths remain publicly undisclosed, the Certain Hour is not shy about who has joined their ranks. The current members are Black Rook, the Ashen King of the Court of Fear; Hayley Le Quin, the Autumn Court's Fool of First Frost; and Adam Winnick, one of the Leaden Mirror's Paladins of Shadows.
