Personal Information
Philipe is a former catholic priest from 19th century France. He followed a "turn or burn" philosophy. Since his Embrace he's taken the same approach to the Monarchal Creed of the Lancea Sanctum. Philipe is known to reside in the Necropolis of Armidale. Philipe is a practitioner of a wide range of low and intermediate level Theban Sorcery rituals.
Appearance
Philipe is a tall, toned man, of fairly obvious French background. His appearance is fairly generic for a Frenchman of the time of his life. Philipe avoids mortal attention strongly, by residing in the Necropolis, when he does emerge he wears a suit, with a black and green cloak over it. Additionally, Philipe was embraced at a masquerade ball, this is apparent due to the mask merged with his face by the embrace.
Personality
Philipe is known to to have very strong, conservative and anachronistic views, for instance sexism against women and the belief that homosexuality is a problem to be cured. Philipe does not speak English despite having resided in Australia for some time, he chooses to converse in French and German, finding English unappealing and "dirty". Philipe is known to regard the Circle of the Crone with disinterest, and contempt, seeing them as heretics that are usually Beneath his notice.

Lineage
Philipe Noir is a member of House Volmark,he is the child of Grendel Volmark, who is, in turn the childe of Godric Volmark. Philipe's was embraced directly into the house and trained by it's members since the beginning of his Requiem.
Known Sire
Philipe is known to look up to, and admire Grendel. He is fiercely loyal to his sire, and very faithful. Despite this, Philipe is willing to challenge his sire if he feels that Grendel's actions are not what the Dark Prophet would have directed. Philipe and Grendel have moved in and out of extensive contact, but it seems that now, Philipe is setting up for a long-term stay in Armidale.
