Pack Council
Any Pack of the Forster-Tuncurry Protectorate may have a representative on the pack Council. These representatives are the Pack's Alpha, or a member of their Pack chosen by their Pack.
The Pack Council may be convened for the following:
• Inter-Pack Disputes, such as Territory, that cannot be resolved between the two packs involved.
• Protectorate wide and Unclaimed Territory Issues
For other issues to be considered the individual wolf must have attempted to deal with the issue, and then their pack must have attempted to deal with the issue first.
To Contact the Pack Council, you will need to speak with your Pack's representative and they will convene a meeting. If you do not have a pack representative you may contact another pack's representative. This other Pack's representative is under no obligation to bring your words to the Pack Council, it is at their discretion whether the words are worth the time.
